had Cingular till my contract was up. changed the keypad lock and left the phone and forgot the code. now I want to use the same phone and cannot remember ny code. Does anyone know a remote univercode other than 1234 the factory set one? this is a motorola v 400or 500 can't remember which.

D/L smartmoto hook it up via cable it will tell you and reset to defaut if you want to. Can not find it email me

Thank, I have the smartmoto download already, but it couldn't find my phone when I plug the phone to the USB port of my computer. I got this phone from ebay as a used phone, it didn't come with any driver and the seller was respond me after he got my money  .
Do I need a driver of the phone? motorola site has it for download?

Look for motokit will have that function too. It's in Chinese so use the third tap for option of English.

I opened the l7 and try to ground the test point and then try to run th smartmoto sofware and the fist time it tells me that i have to connectthe smart clip wich i don't have .
the reason why im trying to ground the test points its because i purchased a program that was supoussed to unlock my l7 but then the program tells me that for that particular phone i have to unlock the test points .
its there a smartmoto version that would not required you to have the smart clip

that its the program I purchased and when I tried the unlock sp it told me I had to do something about the test points .
And then the guy who sold me the p2k tools send me a video of how to get to the test points I watched it and try it but I think my problem I don't have the smartmoto that the guy in the video does its a there a place or web where i could buy differnt verson of it ?
