I purchased a v180 ATT phone and unlocked it for Cingular Service. My browser says Mmode but it won't connect, and I can't connect to AOL or yahoo IM. I can get text messges and calls however.
What do i need to do to get this to work? I called Cingular and they said that I couldn't use cingular wireless internet on an ATT phone, but from surfing around, it looks like i can...Help....????

I went to the site, filled in everything it told me to, and even tried having the site send me a text message with the necessary info, but it still does not work. I get a message that says connection unsuccessful, try again later......

Similar situation with mine T-momo V205 phone. The phone was unlock but it still has the T-zone settings and there was no other way to reconfigure it.
I upgrade the firmware and it clear all t-momo logo and t-zone. I was able to set my wap settings with Cingular as my provider.

Can you go into a bit of detail about how one would do this? I assume one can also reset the phone using the mobile phone sync software, is this correct?

How? Please let me know how I'd go about upgrading my v600s firmware to wipe out my t-zone settings and switch to media.net.
