I have a Nokia 6320
I have a MS6967 Blue Tooth Dongle USB
I have installed All th drivers or the Nokia and for The Blue Tooth
I can connect to the Nokia via the blue tooth software and transfere files from the phone to the PC using the blue tooth software
What I cannot do is make a connection between the nokia device manager and Nokia PC suite. When I select Blue Tooth and then configure the following message occurs
"Cannot Use the connection type. Check that all hardware and drivers are available"
SO what have I done wrong ?
I have the latest drivers updated so why is the nokia device manager being a pig ?
Any help would be truely grateful before I go

I havn't had any luck like you guys.
I update with sp2 still don't see the phone when I use the manage conection.
I can see the laptop on the phone so I know the conection there.
Any help on getting the nokia pc suite to see the phone would be great. Want to sync my outlook conacts with the phone.

Same problem here...
By using the BlueSoleil application that came with my bluetooth dongle i can connect to the nokia 6230, but in ms outlook 2003 nor nokia PC Suite I cannot and get the same message.
In the "Bluetooth Devices" Windows XP property window, no device seems to be available, and none can be found.
Please help!

Hey,
I wanted to know if you guys still have the connectivity problem with the MSI bluetooth dongle and the Nokia PC suite.
pc suite now works perfect.
you have to uninstall blue soliel before installing the drivers. you can't have them both working together.

Thanks a lot - uninstalling blue soleil fixed it!
Didn't need that driver actually!?
By the way, when i re-inserted the bluetooth dongle, the new hardware was automatically installed. Working this time

I think you need to uninstall the bluesoleil bluetooth software.

If you are getting a "Cannot Use the connection type. Check that all hardware and drivers are available" when trying to use the dongle with Nokia PC Suite then they need to uninstall both the original bluetooth driver and Nokia PC Suite and update to Nokia PC Suite v6.6 (http://www.nokia.com/nokia/0,,72026,00.html) and the latest IVT bluetooth drivers (has to be later than 1.6.1 http://www.ivtcorporation.com/download/BlueSoleil_Download.php
Once you've done this it'll work fine with both the standard software and Nokia PC suite.
I had the problem that I updated to the latest Bluetooth drivers as per earlier replies, but it still didn't work. I downloaded the latest pc suite and it actually mentions this problem and solves it.
