hi i recently just purchased a nokia 3300 and i wann see if any knows of a program that will convert mp3 to aac, also if any know hows to download games from the net on ur comp and xfr to the cell, and web site if possible

I'm sure you know the 3300 will play the MP3's
No real need to convert to AAC.

It will play mp3s, but most people prefer AAC because the songs will be smaller but still have a good quality.
