Hey Peepz Out Here,
When I wanted to master reset my phone.
I was counting how long could it take.
So @ 30 sec. I deside to turn the battery of to try what I will get.
Now my T-Mobile stuff only is gone ( )
I still got my ringtones themes backgrounds games or whatever.
Even my phonebook sms etc. stay in the memory!
And I have 640kB!
Then it was loading the tumbnails image for image.
So I kept 500kB
And my Wap Icon is also to SE Standard.
The Startup/Shutdown screen is from SE not From T-Mobile.
A lot better because I never wanted no remove the ringtone backgrounds etc.!
And I always wanted to get rid of that T-Mobile crap also because I have Vodafone NL!
And in the 12.5sec. trick topic I (think) saw someone who has a trick that your standard pictures (thumbnailes) not will be loaded in your phone.
Something like you have to Record with Soundrecord till your memory was full and do another thing and then you will lose al your backgrounds or whatever (not quite sure this is the trick)
But the 30sec. trick works Exellent!
Greetz,
Sean B

Well it's like this
if you remove the battery whil restoring at 12,5 it was not ready with restoring so won't installed everything.
I think that Master Reset has something like 40seconds needed to restore everything.
And at 30secs he won't install your operator added stuff.
I think its not harmfull.
I also did 10 till 15 sec. and see what was removed (nothing more)
But the 30 sec. trick works really fine.

The only reason I joined this forum today was to find out how to get the T-Mobile stuff off my phone? Help me out with this seconds trick... A "How To" would work just fine.
Thanks In Advance!

Ok Do This:
Go to the Menu > Settings > Master Reset > Reset All > He asks something just say yes!
When it starts with resetting hit your stopwatch or what ever.
After 30 seconds exact you remove the battery (not sooner or later).
Wait again 30secs then put the battery in your phone again and turn your phone on.
It will act really slow!
Wait till you can see the standby screen (with operator and clock)
Than turn your phone again off!
And on again.
Now it shall work normally.
Only the T-Mobile background is still on the phone but you can just delete it @ My Pictures.
And gone your T-Mobiel stuff!
Good Luck

Why don't you try it.
It won't harm your phone!
Only if 12 sec or less you arew taking a risk.
But the full restore is almost 40sec. and 30sec. will not skip[ so many files

Just a comment: 12.5 second trick is just a name. The main point is to abort the master reset sequence, which disables all the default junk from yor phone. SO, if you'd like, I could announce a 5 seoncd trick...

This question might be stupid, but can anyone help me?
