You have tried reflashing to a triplet file? The V3 files are not compatible with your V500 phone.

If the above don't work, you may need a monster pack for your V500.

Im trying to fix the prob till now, and i got another situation here.

Rolling back a little bit the problem, i can tell u this: since the phone was totally dead, no power was feeding the device. So, Windows doesnt recognize anything. First i tought it was the battery, but when it killed my moto, the battery was half way of the power...

Then i tought i´ve killed the battery it self or even the phone, but i still had hope heheheehe... fulling around with almoust nothing, besides the keys, i pressed the power button once, and then, togheter i pressed * and #

Eureka.... it came to me, a black screen, just like ms-dos...
I dont know if u guys are familiar with this one, but i wasnt. It says something like this:

Boot Loader
07.60
SW Version:
Not Found

OK to Program
USB
Transfer Mode

Ok... i was ready to try someting now. In MultiFlashFlex, i runned: TRIPLETS_G_0B.09.4FR_reflash.shx (i already had flashed it before with no prob), and after creating the image, MFF started to flashing the image files into the phone, and the screen turned to this:

SW Upgrade
in progress..

After the 100%, the phone turns it self down wiht the successfull msg in the MFF. Heres the new problem... when i try to turn it on, the lights just blink and nothing happen. If i try the same power and * # stuff, the old ms-dos screen appears again.
After this, i tried to Flex the moto, but MFF says:

Device 0 is in flash mode and will not be flexed!
Please restart the radio!

Now im stuck again.... ill continue my battle here, any help will be needed again, thanx duceduc!!!

i ran into the same thing.

by using the * and # I tried about 15 monster flashes, neither of them worked.

What's happening now is that the bootloader does not even come up. maybe because of the battery, maybe not.

any advice here ?

The boot loader stills show up... normally. First, i had the battery problem tto... but i manage to put together the wires from the battery charger with the usb data cable... now when i plug the data cable, my phone starts to charge. When i got more time, i´m gonna put some kind of switch in the charger wire, so i can decide when to charge or not.

About our problem... i´m downloading evey flash i find in the web to test new things with the poor moto. Worst than that coudnt stay... well, whatever !!

And how about u... have u got some probs with the boot loader... have u got any other ideas to try ?

I just came up with some new ideas and advices... and I need flash files to try flashing the phone with MSS...

...so, im gonna need *.vf3 files. The prob is that I have just two flashes in the .vf3 format, and I´ll need some more. Once the name of files we download came with .zip or .rar... I´ll never know if the file I´m dowloading is the .vf3 or the .shx

I have a lot of flashes here, but as I said, most of them is in the .hs format.

Can u folks tell me were to find more flashes in the VictorGSM format?

Thanx for your attention again... and pray for my Moto and I.. ahehae !

My suggestion is to flash with a V500 monster pack.
