Well i just got a new phone, the motorola v180 to be exact but i want to know a good program that i can use 2 sync things from my phone to my computer... I want to be able to add my own ringtones i make as well as backgrounds and be able to back up my phonebook. Are there any programs out there either freeware or a pay-program that would do such things, i like the way Mobiledit Lite is set up but it kept giving me XML errors?¿ when i tried 2 x-fer anything 2 my phone (pics etc.)
Thanks so much,
J.D.

Ya It's features are actually pretty handy in a jam...As for me I use it only for the phonebook option as I don't have a Vxxx series yet and syncing is the only option for a Txxx series. But thumbs up to moto so far for making a descent program for their phones...now what are they going to do about their iDEN phones....(no software for iDEN phones come even close to the GSM/CDMA/TDMA phones we have today...even thought I think the iDENS outperform the others.)

Mobiledit should work fine. Refer to their forum or support for assistance. This is a developing project and they have a good team.

MPT is great, when it works. I've only recently fingured out how to get it to work, it kept referring to my PC modem instead of my phone....and to think that moto email tech said I needed to do a master reset.....
