can anyone tell me anything about this flex file:
SE7495AXXH1082
does it have original ringtones/wallpapers? if yes is there a flex that doesn't come with all junk preloaded.
i have a v600.

They call flex the V3 core flex. It is a bare bone flex with no added startup/shutdown, wallpapers, and ringers. So, no it doesn't come with the preloaded fiiles. Could be the flex you are looking for.

If you are familiar with modding phones and know how to seem edited, it is worth a try.
You do need to fix some issues after flexing.
