Shouldn't it already be released? I'm from Australia though so I'm not accurate. I also go on another forum that also has sub-forums involving mobile phones,etc. and many have the Samsung D500 so I'm pretty sure it's already out. It is already in Australia and it's always released in America before here.

from what i have seen with past samsung releases, the US usually gets the phones as soon as they released. since, t-mo has to get their special branding (color, removing cables and software packages and disabling key features). not sure about cingular and at&t. i doubt it will be released thru normal channels, just like the S200 and S300. you would have to buy it from overseas or local shops that get them from overseas. hope that helps.
