I don't know off any site that will give u a list of all the firmware versions.
The best places to visit are forums, and ask around to see if anyone knows of any updates/info regarding certain version.

V2CDXWC3 is actually one of the most stable versions to use 
I'm sure the C3 is newer than the C2

I like this version : v20xxwa2 v20bowc4 it dont have the butterfly intro when the phone is turn on and OFF lol

LOL ... The reason why you don't get the butterfly animation is because the V20BOWC4 firmware is branded with T-mobile... so instead you get the T-Mobile when your turn on your phone, and you get the T-Mobile animation when you turn your phone off
So you've switched from the normal animation to everything T-Mobile
