Well I guess my next question has to be......
How do I go about changing the bandwidth in e710xxdf4 from 900/1800 to 900/1900 ?
Is it possible to do this without the source code?

to the best of my knowledge there is not way of modifying the bandwidth settings from 900/1800 to 900/1900.
