I have install the set up CD to install mobile Phone Tools - I can not get the Bluetooth Set up wizard to discover the phone.
I do not know what is wrong. Do you have any advice?

Do you have bluetooth enabled in the phone? Is the bluetooth dongle installed on the computer? Check both and let us know.

Hi
Thank you for your response. I would think I do by running the installation CD, given to me when purchasing the bluetooth dongle and mobile tool software.
But if not, how can check that it is installed??
Secondly, I have right clicked on the bluetooth icon on the bottow right hand side of the screen. I do have the bluetooth connected in the USB connector but the pop up box says "Bluetooth device is not found" "please verify that your bluetooth is property connected and turned on.
Any idea to ask the computer to find the bluetooth device?
Thank you inadvance for your time and advice.

Go to the device manager when the BT is enabled. Right click "My computer" --> (tab)Hardware --> Device Manager --> (Bluetooth Adapters or something) and then you know. Also don't forget to check the phones BT and the Comps BT settings. Make sure its set to receive all, and if you have a firewall allow the program through that.
