I have a Motorola C650
I'm running mobile Phone Tools 3.23
I try to open Multimedia Sudio -> Mobile Explorer
and I get the message "La communication a ete interrompue par le telephone."
I don't speak french.
Is there any way to pull pictures off of my phone?

means : communication was interrupted by the phone lol just like it sounds.

Odd error...Does your phone model support that feature? if not thats your problem...try using P2kman instead.

Agreed, never heard of that error before myself, but I havent experimented alot with Motorola models yet. My Moto phone is worth alot more then my samsungs so I tend to screw around with the cheap phones more.

Anything in manual for Phone Tools 3.23 that states TS tips for that error?? Most Softwares will give you a list of possible errors and reasons why they were caused. The fact the error contained the word telephone makes me think its an error that is specific to that program and not the OS lryindra
is using.

You must have got the French verson in the first place so update to 3.23 is on French. However with that message, i would check the connection between fone and cable it's may not stay frimly fit, try to perss the cable firly agaist the fone to see if loose connection is the problem. C650 is supported by this verson, i have used verson 3.19e and 3.23 on 5 of them already.

Well try to get the english version first of all...unless you can configure the language somehow. Then as Old_Fool said double check the cable to the phone connection. All else fails try reinstalling the driver.
