Could someone please tell me how to set the stupid clock on the Motorola T720!
I've made calls...it doesn't update
I've turned it off,....it doesn't update
It's not "smart" enough to change on it's own...grrrr
please help....I don't want to spend another 20 minutes on this!

Well theres 2 clocks and I'm not sure which you mean...but here goes... Goto the menu->settings->initial setup->Time and Date
That should set both clocks.

mine updated itself. make sure you have autoupdate turned on and you dont have to worry with it. it even updates when you change time zones!

the option to turn autoupdate on should be on the same menu as time and date

hmmm, thanks,
I think something's screwie......or maybe I'm just a moron...
all I have under Time and Date ....is .....
To change the time
To change the date, and then the format that the date is displayed in.
I looked in the other options for initial setup...and I've wandered through all kinds of different setting menus...meh....
Perhaps mine is different somehow???
I guess I'll just be happy that I can actually change the time now!
Thank you both for your help!
It would have driven me nuts to look at the wrong time for 6 months!!!

On some phones the features deactivated. You have to download the 0032_0001.seem and hex the bit that enables the feature. I have mine on so it works all automatically. Let me know if you wanna learn how to do that and if I can remember it well enough I'll walk you through it.

Oh good, so I'm not crazy...it's just not there.
Hmm, I think I'll hold off on trying to fix that, and just live with changing it manually, but thanks for the offer to help....more!
I appreciate it!

LoL about that...today I noticed that it DIDN'T auto update as it was an hour behind...GRRR...otherwise it works for promptness.
