The only country i know of enforcing this barring policy is UK, once you report it stolen, they'll get the IMEI# and next time that fone on the air they will block it. There are people bought fone like that with out knowing and find out later about it so they asked question of how to change IEMI# to avoid being barr, but most of the time the theift himself want to know how and ask the question. I don't mean to offended any one , i'm just stating the truth here.

Well...thats the truth as he said it. People out there are always looking to cheat and steal so thats another reason why changing the IMEI of a phone is ILLEGAL so for the people who think about it just remember stealing a phone is one thing then breaking another law ontop of that...NOT WORTH IT!...Just my opinion in that matter. But yeah good luck with that trace Hope you get your phone back or block it at least.

Well I got it blocked by the phone company in the sense that if someone brings it up it will be flagged. I can't get them as yet to block it in case another sim card is used and it's making calls from it.
I di dhave a phone lock on it. I'm hping the person didn't figre it out though.
I have a feeling I'll get it back. As for getting it unlocked there's two main persons here who do that kind of work and one of them i already approached to let me know if it comes in. I also had hexed the phone and put my name on the outer LED screen so I'm hoping they don't knwo how to change it. I'm also the only person on the island with that name, yeah I'm sure aren't i special icon_razz.gif, lol
Thanks guys
