for the people in the idustry
damn cust that call in and ask
"Why's my bill so high?"
they dont even have the bill yet , or they do and havent even read over the thing, ARGH that just drives me crazy, i under stand when the older people who call in like the 70+ year olds. I had a DETECTIVE call in one and ask that, its like your a detective and you cant figure out your bill WTF ??? t

I just had a customer call (italian) and wondered why he had such a high bill and refused to walk thru the bill with me. How can you explain something when they refuse to look or listen?........I agree.arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

When a teacher/supervisor/manager/boss singles out one employee for doing something that everyone does. My supervisor is constantly cracking down on this guy on my team, he's just an average rep, not a bad rep or anything. But it seems that my supervisor is always on this guys case. Like this morning when he had an escalation over a billing disupte. My supe told him he was doing work avoidance and told him to 'deal with it' and refused to take the escalation.

I agree troll....our managers don't do that to us here ours pretty much take the escalations but I have had that happen in the past....seems they are trained to call and scream for a manager thinking it will get them what they want but at this call center it gets them less.....ar.......ar
