When people call into customer care, you ask for the "TEN digit WIRELESS phone number" and they give you their home phone number, and it takes them 5 minutes of you repeatedly asking them for them to realize they gave you the wrong number. Or when you ask for the 10 digit number area code first and they give you the 7 digit number...
