See if the following help or not. You mentioned in your earlier post about "usb tx line thing in the device manager". Is that what you found under Ports in Device Manager when the USB cable is plugged in your computer? If yes, select that line and right click and select uninstall to remove that line. Unplug the cable, run the install.exe of MA driver and plug in the cable only when the program ask you to do so.

Guys, I am trying to unlock my E316 phone and currently trying to obtain two things cables and the right software. I found a this link for my cable but not so sure if it is the right cable for not. Please advice. http://www.cellularfactory.com/det.jsp?d=11743&c=8798
