Send it to your phone via bluetooth or use a DKU-2 cable to upload it.

Well the application says the documents must be created from Office XP or 2000. I tried creating a word document using Office 2000 but when i tried transferring it via bluetooth, i can't see the word document that i created. All i can see are the applications and games with .sis , .jad , and .jar extension. Any advice on how to send the word document on my phone?

Just tested it...
Sended a word document to the phone via bluetooth...
It has been saved in the messages "in" folder... when I opened the "message" the word document was opened automatically. After this, Quickword automatically recognizes it when I open Quickword.
Seems like it scans the complete phone for files.
When deleted from the "in" folder it's gone (consequently).
FExplorer should be used to copy it to another folder.

Well..
I've got the Microsoft drivers installed...
And this is what I do:
# activate bluetooth on the phone.
# right-click on the word file
# select "sent to" -> "bluetooth device"
(select the phone if needed)
click "next"
(now it take a few seconds - file is transfering)
# phone beeps for new message and shows "1 new message"
# select "view message"
# Quickword automatically opens the file
Now I've tested: moving the file
Quickword doesn't finds the file in any other folder...
I'm checking where it can be saved (it works on my SX1 only in /documents/unfiled - but that doesn't work on the 6630...)
-edit-
Just checked, the SX1 has v2.0 of Quickword...
-edit 2-
OK, it seems like Quickword 1.3 only supports files in the message-folder
And I don't get it... I moved the complete messages to the memory card, now the program doesn't recognize the file anymore
-edit 3-
Well, it recognizes the file after sending it over again.
v2.0 is definitively better!

What do you mean Microsoft drivers?
What i did was when the computer detects my phone via bluetooth, i right-clicked on my phone's address on the computer and clicked "SEND FILE TO" then select file to send. But as i've said, it can't see the document on the list of files.
I tried right-clicking on the file but it doesn't have "sent to" -> "bluetooth device" option. Any solution?
So i guess Quickword 2.0 can detect documents in any other folder. Where can we download it, for free preferably? Please let me know if you know where to download it.

It's illegal for free...
My bluetooth-dongle does work with Widcomm-drivers and with the Microsoft driver of SP2 of WinXP.
Could it be you "Send file to" is part of PC Suite?

Since you surely have bought it, there shouldn't be a problem...
