Just curious which phone i should get? I know they both have very good features, but I just want the one that has better reception, I really dont care if it can record videos or not, so thats not really a plus side for me, rather have a phone with great reception and less problems. Which one do you recommend? Thanks

Im in the same dilemma as you buddy. And honestly I think there evenly matched as in being good phones and nice looking. I so far am leaning toward the V551 because its current and I am a fan of its many features. Although at one point I was extremely attached to the V400 when I got more interactive with the V551 I plussed up to its favor. So I hope this helps you a little bit. V551 Defenately

lol, yea. I can get them for about almost the same price, both unlocked, V551 comes with more accessories though. I also like the V551 but then I like how the v400 look is too. But then also I noticed on the forums, i see people asking about problems with the v400 and the ones i see about the v551 are about how to upload ringtones to the phone which i already know how to do. I saw a question about a BA version with the V551, whats all that about? Also thanks for your fast reply:)

Well remember, this forum is to help people learn things. Usually when you hear "how do you put games on a V551?" its because they've never done it on any phone before, so the question really is "how do you put games on a Vxxx series phone." But yes they both do have their own share of other conflicts too i guess. But I don't own one yet so who am I to judge it?

I have a V551, and it's a great phone. I've never used the other one, so I can't comment on that. But, I'm a happy V551 user, though there are a few things that I miss on my old Nokia. Great phone overall though.
