Sometimes people tell me that they get a message saying that I am not accepting incoming calls, specifically my girlfriends cell phone. When it does this, you can't even leave a voice message. It just doesn't get through to me, period, even when I have perfect reception. I called T-Mobile up and the smartass said they have no idea why and suggested that I cancel my service with them. Sometimes it will show up as a missed call, but 90% of the time I have no record of them even trying to call me. I've been a customer for 2 months and it had always worked perfectly, until now it just suddenly started "not accepting" calls from my girlfriend!!
Anyone know what would cause this? Any kind of help would be much apprecciated. Thanks.

Thats wierd... Sounds like something that would happen when your phone is suspended.. Did they not even advance you to Technical support because they couldnt help you??

Well, I'm positive my phone isn't suspended. I can even make calls to her cell phone, but it just won't accept incoming calls from her cell anymore. The first time I called up, they didn't hook me up with tech support or anything, she just said she didn't know what the problem was but I can cancel service if I want. Idiot. The second time, the guy couldn't figure out what the problem was so he said he was going to turn me over to tech support, then he hung up on me. (Yes, I'm sure on this) I hate dealing with T Mobiles customer service! I'll probably try to get ahold of their tech support sometime this weekend. Given that they don't hang up on me, or try to force me to cancel service.

Hey drico04
I am alittle confused as to the problem with incoming calls..
you said.Well, I'm positive my phone isn't suspended. I can even make calls to her cell phone, but it just won't accept incoming calls from her cell anymore.
What do you mean, do you mind clarifying that, it could be a number of things.... Hope it gets worked out!

I don't really know what to say. When she calls my phone, it says something along the lines of "This person is not accepting incoming calls", but only when she's calling from her cell phone. I can call her cell phone and it'll work fine. My phone just doesn't want to take incoming calls from her cell phone/number anymore.
About the phone suspension thing, I'm positive my phone isn't suspended, as I use it everyday.

Im sure its not suspended either, especially if two reps could figure it out by looking at your account lol. Just saying the switch recording that you are getting is simialar to the one someone would hear if they were suspended for lost or stolen, non-pay, Smartaccess suspend etc... You should call customer care and they should atleast be able to tell you what that switch recording means and what needs to be done to fix.
