if it has been 7 days or more since you requested the code then you can request the code again, hopefully this time it will work, if you want it unlocked by someone then email me and I will point you in the right direction

In fact, as my friend Samsung was saying, try to call T-Mobile from a different line other than your handset, so that way you can try and perform the unlock sequence at the same time while your on with a rep, okay??

HEY!!!!!! are you trying to get the V551 unlocked??? Because that would not be a T-Mobile phone, THEREFORE you would need to get it unlocked by the service provider (which is prob cingular  , if this is the case you need to contact cingular or have someone that has a cingular contact them for you. I have heard that getting the sim unlock from cingular can be like pulling teeth. Good luck!

me too there for a second lol, BIGPIMPIN you may be better off trying to find someone with a Vxxx unlocking clip, they will be able to unlock that model.

I have a V551 locked to Cingular too..... I purchased a subsidy code online and it was no good now the seller wants me to mail them the phone to honor their guarantee.

Should mail it to OLDFOOL, he is inthe motorola forum and can be trusted, he will unlock for free you just pay for postage there and back.
