I think the admin should make a CSR forum for those of us who are CSR's in the Service Provider forum. We should be able to discuss things with other CSR's from different providers. Good idea or no?  |

I have been reading alot of your (CSR) posts and I sure hope you guys aren't like this at work when customers are calling..... 
I believe you guys express your true feelings more than the regular members here.
