lol...we had a guy call in the other day with a text message bill of about $20...so of course the guy "has never texted anyone, ever, I don't even know how to do it!" So I look up his account stuff and lo and behold, he has received lots of texts, but he has sent outgoing texts. Repeatedly. So I smile and say, "sir, has anyone but yourself had control of this phone?" and he blusters and says "of course not!" and I say "hmmmm...well it looks like some of these text messages were outgoing...that's weird." Then of course he "remembers" that his son had the phone for a while...on Sunday...and maybe Monday too... "hmmm..." I reply, "I see some on those days, but also on the 5th...the 6th...the 7th...let's see, looks like every day this week...that is strange!" and suddenly all i hear is dial tone...hmmm...
