BEWARE!!!!!
CIngular can use your credit card # you pay your bill with and charge their telemarketing scams. You have little or no recourse if you even catch on. Try to get anyone from CINGULAR to give you access to any avenue to correct it and you are out of luck. They now have nearly $400.00 OF MY MONEY AND ARE NOT EVEN LOOKIG INTO A THEFT OR FRAUDULENT USE OF MY CARD #. If I didn't have a contract, I would Switch.

Woah! Sorry, but i know I wouldn't let that slide. where do you live? I can try and get you the number to fraud. Any payments made by Cingular without your permission is NOT business as usual.

I don't know how you got this information but the only times we store CC information is with our AutoPay systems.
We do not solicit any personal credit card information to any companies.

File a complaint with your State, Better Business Bereau & FCC. Make alot of noise and you will be heard. That's what I'm doing; I'm going to make sure that anyone who will listen knows what cingular is doing.
