I live in Bolivia
and they sell cingular phones (v551)
but the provider is tigo
all the cingular stuff on the phone doesn't work
I'd like to clean my phone out to make it faster and have more space
can anyone help with erasing all the cingular stuff?

I got a smart-unlocker... It unlocked my v551(rogers at&t) without a problem. Will it unlock a v551(cingular) I think so. If you want to send me your phone, I'll unlock it. Pm me or write me for more details. Thanks.
