Please be more specific with the problem.What does it say when you try to send?Check websesions and MMS to see if it is set up.

Ok, The problem is my Carrier is At&t and my phone uses the Web (Vodafone) so when I try to send pictures it tells me unable to send...
Does this make sense???

Good point, if the service isn't set up then you can't send it right. Also review your plan and ensure your signed up for picture mail.

Thats what he can't get working. So if you have any suggestions on why its not allowing him to send pics please do let us know guys.

I have cingular wireless and I try to send MMS messages with pictures attached and it seems like its going to send but as soon as it is almost finished it says User Barred, I have full service when I am sending the message too but it results in the same error message.
