This forum is meant as a Lounge for people working within the industry. While not exclusively for CSRs, general questions and complaints about phones and service plans should be addressed in the appropriate sub-forums within Manufacturers Talk or Service Provider Talk.
Posts about either of this issues will be either moved or deleted.

Allen, thank you for creating a forum for the CSR's. This will give us a chance to chat with CSR's of other service providers in a manner to get to know the Wireless industry a little better and give better answers and service to customers from ALL Carriers.

This forum was definately a great idea. Hope we get some CSR's from other service providers to start chatting in here as actively as the Cingular/At&t reps
