Allen, thank you for creating a forum for the CSR's. This will give us a chance to chat with CSR's of other service providers in a manner to get to know the Wireless industry a little better and give better answers and service to customers from ALL Carriers.

This forum was definately a great idea. Hope we get some CSR's from other service providers to start chatting in here as actively as the Cingular/At&t reps
