I got a t610 today. I have set up the bluetooth fine, and i can transfer files pretty easily.
But the SE Image Editor cannot recognise my T610, even though my pc can!
Anyone got any ideas?

I had the same problem the first time I used SE Image Editor. You have to close down your blue thooth connection with your PC this program connot work together! wait for 40 sec and you will see that your t610 has been found in SE Image Editor.

I'm having the same problem but don't quite understand the answer posted. Do you mean remove the PC's bluetooth connection from 'my devices' in the T610? In which case, will the image editor discover the T610 or should the bluetooth dongle software do this? I can pair the T610 with the bluetooth dongle fine, but the image editor does not detect the phone at all.
Sorry for being so dumb.

I too have this problem. I think he means you just have to remove the Bluetooth Softwatre but not the drivers. For example, I have a Belkin Bluetooth adaptor. It has software to use, and drivers (for the actual hardware). I need to get rid of te software, and just keep the drivers.
Or I just have to deactiviate the bluetooth software.
I'm gonna try this, I'll post back very soon.

Thanks for the advice, but unfortunately it didn't work for me. I reinstalled the drivers but not the services that came with the dongle, (MSI BToes by the way) but the SE image editor is having none of it. I have had it working via infrared so I'm wondering editor's only tryinhg its IrDA port. Anyway, the phone supports ftp via bluetooth so I'm using any editor to resize the pics I want then just transferring the files.
Cheers, and good luck with yours.

I tried it, didn't work.
Thing is, I tried to edit the picture in the IE, and saved it. Then I sent it to the phone using the normal PC method. It just didn't let me send it. This was because it's a Bitmap, and for some reason, Bitmaps will only transfer via the IE, but not the normal way. So I tried to change the image to a Jpeg, and it just became all twisted, distorted, and basically screwed up.

yeah, I had the same issue when I used the SE image editor to cut the image to size, then saved it, and tried to send via ftp. I just got FTP failed and the only difference I could see was that it was a .bmp file insetad of .jpg. I haven't tried converting the image yet.
I'm gonna try uninstalling my IrDA drivers and see if that fixes the SE editor.

I had the same problem. I have a Belkin bluetooth USB adaptor. To get image editor to work you need to create a bluetooth serial port connection, i did this using the bluetooth setup wizard. Just follow the wizard and it will create a serial port connection. To enable image editor to work you then need to go into control panel, printers and other hardware, phone monitor options, com ports then enable the com port that relates to the serial port connection (you see this when you set up the connection using the wizard). Image editor should now recognise your phone.
