i got the motorola v220 n i'm trying to fing a driver for it to download the pic on my phone to the pc .....i got the cable that attache to the phone to the pc but it doesn't reconzie it ....i got windows xp service pack 2

Try rebooting your system. This is a PC problem not necessarily with the cable or your phone.

After you reboot, let me know what happened. It may be a driver issue with your PC. Once it's been rebooted, powercycle your cell phone and try to connect them again.

it's not working it tell me that new hardware found but it can't find it

See if you can go to www.motorola.com, do a search on the software you have. You may need to download a new driver for the cable you're using.
I can almost guarantee 100% that you'd need an updated driver for your PC.
