Cingular wireless (well i work for a company that hires cingular to answer phones for them)
but Purple customer service (former 3g but converted to cing billing system)

Hi all!
I have an interview to be a rep in the next couple of days. Can anyone give me the 411 on what it is like to work there? Whats management like? How should I dress? How does managment dress? How large is the call center? What products are supported? What would you say is the biggest probelm there? - etc?
