I have an interview to be a rep in the next couple of days. Can anyone give me the 411 on what it is like to work there? Whats management like? How should I dress? How does managment dress? How large is the call center? What products are supported? What would you say is the biggest probelm there? - etc?
Thanks for anything you can tell me,

Don't know yet. So far the agency hasn't sent me a lot of info, she seems as confused as I am. I've asked her the name of the hiring manager, what product I would support, etc and all I get is that she will have to get back to me. All I know is that it is in Kirkland, the interview will be next week & I am guessing it will deal with cell phone customers because I was a rep at a local cell phone company (that was bought out by Cingular) before I moved here.

I'm a wannabe (read: in training) Cingular CSR (outsourced, though)
Just trying to learn all I can because I've never even owned a cell-phone (still don't have one...really don't need one, either)

...and if I can get through the first several weeks of live-on-the-floor calls without causing too much trouble due to my lack of know-how...it appears to be a job I shall enjoy.

Hey Samsung,
Are you still around? I couldn't locate any recent post from you...
Ok I am a CSR, I plead the 5th as to the company I work for.. just because.. I truly enjoy helping the customers (except for some of them, ie the constant complainers, over nothing such as my bill is high and it's YOUR fault! The one thing I struggle with daily is having to worry about my "stats" vs helping the person on the other line... If the stats suffer but I totally resolved the problem and left the customer happy, what difference does it make.. So to some customers out there, I will continue to do my best for you no matter what my "STATS" are.. Because if their aren't customers, there is no longer a reason for stats... Have a good one everyone.. It's a tough job, but somebody has to do it..
