I work in Tier 1 Data Support as a Senior Rep (Basically floor support/1st level sup), but I've also worked in Customer Care, Tier 1 Handset Support and did a brief stint in our Retention Department.
I'm looking to go retail in the next few weeks, I miss the customer facing portion of my job

Had a visit from Stan Sigman a few months ago for the very first time, was during my training for tier 4, got to play with his GOLD RAZR.
Also, we are getting his OU Football in two months because our FCR has been over 60% for the first time in the NE region.

what dept do you work in? i have some real issues with the cs reps there, lol
if you can I have some inquiries about how to escalate. I can never get past account services...

cs is poopy. I wanted to get a home chrger so i go to retail store and she has non OEM and for 20.00? wtc, so I'm like forget it. she says upgrd and quotes me an i850 for 30.00, I was like right but went along. she couldn't get through to the dept that was gonna get me this 30.00 phone w/ a one year so she told me to come back. I had no phone meanwhile, I came back monday and she ci and then the price chnged to 170.00, i'm like right, btw, it's on sale for free w/ mail in for new cs and 2 yr... anyways. after I got it, i had to call so many times I got real, mad... I negotiated the deal with the agent and it was all crap. when I ci to see about returning it, being escalated to mamnager did not help, she told me the phone had more than 30 min use and I was in a contract and would pay 275 to walk away and it was like, wtc. she was hatefull and rude and did not empathize. should've went with cingular. OH, and word of mouth is worth a million bucks, so when us CSRs go pissing people off, our company, the one paying us, gets the bash. I NEVER want to ci again. So, I want to know how to talk to some real manager and discuss everything. I love Nextel, but the last month has been hell and I am not about to recommend my bf and family upgrade this jan when their contracts are up....
