i am sorry to hear about that... that is a huge mess... i wish there was something i could do... i only suggest seeing what customer service over the phone has

T-Mobile Bilingual Customer Care rep, have been with the company since August of this year and on the website for about half an hour, fresh meat!

I work in an outsourced T-mobile call center in nothern Illinois. I am dual trained both in cust care and level one tech support. I have only been out of training for a couple of weeks, but so far I pretty much like it. Much better than working at MccyD.

im in Canada. representin Cingular Wireless, now the New AT&T in an outsourced call center. I have been her for about 3 yrs now and If I hated it soo much I probably wouldn't be here anymore. However, I pretty much hate the people who now sit around me and that makes me not want to be here cause they are sooo freakin ANNOYING! But on a side note, there are some good looking guys here for me to look at!

Former SunCom, now Cingular wireless, the new AT&T. I am an Account Exec. here in the Greensboro, NC area. Love Cingular, hate Suncom. But what the hey. So does everyone else.
