HATE IT! Was hijacked into it. Liked my previous job, doing data entry for MCI. I'm in the same outsourced call center in northern Illinois as cellphonesilly. I've been there for over 2 years. I'd rather suck out porta potties. AT least they woudn't B**** about a .10 charge!

I'm a Team Manager for NBI, I was a TM for BEUC, but they decided to make me and some reps NBI instead. I like my job and it's nice to be able to talk to other ppl that work as CSR's.

It is honestly the easiest job in the world. We can either take money or we can't. There are those people that want to argue semantics however. I feel sorry for them if they get myself or another senior rep. We "educate" the customer. Lol. Try explaining an "authorization hold" to someone that has never had a bank account before and will believe anything their bank/financial institution says over us. It's painful.
