You could say I'm not a CSR, but I get all the face time before they decide to call the CSR's.
One of the most difficult parts of the job is explaining to people why they have to keep paying for their service even if their phone is broke. If you wreck your car you still have to pay for it, if your house burns down, you still have to pay for it, getting a phone for the discounted price is just like financing a cell phone. If you get insurance for your financed car or home, why would you not get insurance for your financed phone.

In two days: I won't! It feels fantastic. I should be taking calls right now, instead I'm in after-call-work reading forums because I don't care anymore. Work is much more enjoyable on your way out.
