Started out with Cingular Wireless WSC Exchange By Mail Program (South Dakota Call Center).
Then to a T-Mobile authorized dealer in Minneapolis.
Now with an Alltel authorized dealer in South Dakota.

Yes, for the past two years. Except for Dec 2007. I hated my job. But being the 1st of 2008, so far I like this year. (slow day today)
Oh and I just moved from CSR/Tier2/PMC to Resolutions.
