Hi all! I'm a 'Former AWS' TDMA rep. Been here (on the floor) for just over a year. Rockin' the quality, attendance/compliance, over 11,000 calls, and turning down every promotion they offer. Lowest escalations on my Operations group, and comfy with where I am! i'm around here because, (and this is so lame!) I tend to pick up things that I can use to get better at my job. Anyone else spent a year washing dishes? Running a hotel housekeeping department? Or a fast-food joint in a mall? Maybe I'm anti-spoiled, but this is the easiest job I've ever had!

Welcome canuckCSR, If they would pay me as much to take calls as they do now, I would be all over it, I think it was the funnest part of the job When things slow down (on my end) I still take a few here and there.

Hi, thank you, xXxSamsungxXx! Yeah, it's certainly not a job for everyone - you see people around you who approach being a CSR like it's a fish they can't believe they've caught, and never want to taste. Weird similie, but anyone who's looked after a team of CSRs, (or, IS a CSR, but with a bunch of management experience,) would understand. And - xXxSamsungxXx - what do you do? I'm sorry - you've probably posted it, and I missed it!
