I recently became a sales rep for Sprint, but for the past 6 years have represented Alltel, SunCom, Cingular, and Nextel for a third party company, and feel I am pretty well versed in each of there services. I hope that I will be able to help answer questions and also am very happy to find a place to vent frustrations with fellow communications experts! Any helpful hints regarding Sprint PCS would be greatly appreciated (since I have been selling almost everthing available in my area but Sprint for the past 6 years). I now work in a kiosk in a small town in Tennessee, and am hopeful that I will find some ideas and encouragement from this forum. If I am able to offer the same to anyone, I would be more than happy to do so! Thanks for the forum! I look forward to talking with you all!

I'm actually a CSR for an outsourcing company that provides directory assistance for Sprint and Verizon wireless, Altell, VirginMobile, and quite a few other phone companies.

T-Mobile TeleSales Rep in the MidWest (Colorado). CenterPartners slave.
SOME customers are just way to stupid or ignorant to understand that we don't know everything on the spot, but hey, I love to learn more...I think.
Who else is a slave to the CenterPartners T-Mobile Group in any department or location?

I'm a Cingular wireless agent for a National Re-seller. We are a third party, so all we do is submit apps, run credits, activate/port numbers, then ship the retards their phones.

Yeah, but it's true though. They are all marketing sales reps, only a handful actually use their brain for good.
