hey guys, i just received my new d500 this past weekend and having some trouble with gprs setup. i thought setting up my moto mpx200 was difficult, this d500 is giving me trouble. i found the necessary info but keep getting unable to resolve host name or request timed out. any suggestions?

Why don't you try the Easy Studio instead?

i have easy studio v2.0 already but that doesn't solve my problem. i can't access the internet with my phone thru GPRS/WAP. i might have presented the post wrong. hehehehe. i am trying to configure my phone for GPRS/WAP access. thanks for the reply though js1662.

Also having the same problem. Cannot resolve host name. How did you fix it?
Can you post all the settings for att?

If you can't find what you need, contact your service provider for the information is the most direct way.
