I have a T-mobile phone samsung E715 that I unlocked so I could use it on the cingular line but I can't get the wap browser to work, or download
anything.
Do you know how to set the GPRS and such?
Thank You in advance

Hmmm wierd.
With my D500 I can surf and DL as normal but the only thing I cant do is connect easily by using the ok/i button. When I try to connect that way I get an error: cannot resolve hostname.
Wonder why that is?

To get to the WAP settings on the Samsung E715 press the following:
*#vswap#
Then you'll be able to change the settings.

Still waiting for anyone's idea as to why this is and how, if possible, can I fix this.
Thanks.

My guess is that the ok/i button might be linked to someother homepage or wap setting from another carrier and since my service provider is att/cingular I can only assume that the phone is not set up correctly hence the error...
Not sure if my assesments are correct but as I have said, as long as I dont use the shortcut (which I would like to) I can surf the web.
Any help would be most appreicated.

Sorry if this sounds dumb, but using these settings will cause you to run up Media charges (kb's), won't they?
