did you buy it unlocked?, if its cingular branded, go to a cingular store, migrate and sign a new contract, get one of the free phones, they'll give you a new sim put it in the blackjack and your MMS/internet will already be set up if its not cingular branded use the ATT settings I posted, keeping in mind that the menus will be different, so you'll have to pick the settings out of that list up there and put them in the phone as needed, migrating is easier

Voice works without a problem.
Inserted the att sim, and worked right away. Looks like the phone maybe unlocked, or cingular is recognizing the blue sim. Voice side works great.
Going to have to keep playing with the settings.

I tried everything in this post to get my internet working and nothing worked. I looked at my wifes phone and there were the settings pretty much exactly this same as everyone has posted on here except for the port setting of 9201 hers was 80 and her homepage is HTTP://device.home. So I did this:

I have an unlocked Moto RAZR V3x (the one that's a little thicker than than the other V3's and has the 2.0 mp camera). I'm trying to connect to the net and send mm messages (pics) and download ringtones and such. Can someone help me with the settings for it? I have a Palm Treo 650 that is locked to Cingular's network that all my features (net, mm messaging, etc.) work, from which I could look up and match settings, but I'm not sure where to go on it to find them. Any help is greatly appreciated.

What do you mean by "they updated my phone when they told me to shut it down"?
