reason for a variety of responses? rushed training, too much information, too many changes, push for crt. . . we literally have had to do training while taking calls.

I had a rep call in today to the tech desk stated the customer is complaining about coverage he is a interstate truck driver get bad service on the road and gets good coverage in the citys. I explain that we can not garrenty service on the interstates or in major citys three diffrent ways he asks are you not going to take this call i explain this is not a tech issue he got pissy.
