I have set this bit to 1 and uploaded the seem. I still do not have an option for Ring & Vibe. I have tried to set a regular ring tone for the soft and loud level and then tried to call myself and still do not get the vibrate... Any tips on enabling this?

Same here. Received a new set of V551s in May '05 from Cingular. Had Vibe and Ring as an out-of-the-box profile.

I've even reflashed to R472_G_08.18.40R and still do not see an option for Ring and Vibrate.

Vib&ring check it again and also you need to turn on the volume on the loud detail od ring in that option.
When you do seem editing for that, after you uploade the seem back you have to hit restart so that's it will restart your fone in order for the modification to take effect

Yes, I've restarted many times after setting the seem. I've also re-downloaded the 0032 seem and re-verified that the correct bit was changed. Still no option for Vibe & Ring; only Vibe THEN Ring.
