does anyone no were i can get a Global Postioning System (GPS) on my nokia 3200 for free if not just get it

The 6110 has no GPS.

There is a nokia mobile phone that has a GPS4 system on it u type GSP4 into a search egine and see which mobile has it

You're talking about the 5140.

It has a GPS XPress-On cover.

Also smartphones can use GPS receivers which have bluetooth capabilities.

And they ain't for free.
You'll need to buy them.

There's plenty of opensource software available if you want to use a Location based solution. Look on Sourceforge for mobilemaps or the GPS messaging daemon. I'm setting up a mapserver that uses the gps location from cell towers. It's all
free execpt your time.
