Glenridge location is the HQ for business side of Cingular while a larger portion of Cingular (mainly IT and data center) is located at the Windward Pkwy HQ about 20 minutes north of the Glenridge location. What department are you specifically looking for? I work at the Windward location and can try to track down the number for you.

Thanks for your help. I have tried for two days to find the number. Have been on hold for hours. I work with a magazine that runs a consumer help section and a lot of our readers are struggling with their new cingular service and are having a hard time getting a response from their e-mails, calls and letters. We give both sides an opportunity to answer the complaint before we print a response. So that's why I need to find out where to send these.

Dixie, you need to call customer service and ask for the public relations department. I'll look for the number Tuesday for you, or you can try calling in again if you're needing the info sooner.
