Hi everyone :
I need some advise here from you PROFFESIONAL , after I had saw few of you guy can able to make the T-Mobile A630 =
Websessions enabled, Quaband enabled, Video playback enabled = on the Cingular and AT&T Wireless network, even the GPRS was set for Blue mMode ???? or can you change the Internet web browsing to Cingular Orange too ???
Because My family had 2 T-Mobile A630 , which is SIM UNLOCKED already , 1 is using in AT&T services , and the other one is using on CINGULAR Services >>> but BOTH are NOT able to acces the Web browsing or Internet , cus it had T-Zone on it >> after a few research I saw someone can able to Set up the Mmode on the T-Mobile A630 and even enable the QUADBAND frequency >>
1 of my sister is using the AT&T sim card , but she are NOT able to acces the mMode >>
My other sisiter live in a remoted area which is ONLY work with CINGULAR service 850 Mhz , so the phone is doesn't have any service right now ,( she have to used her OLD phone 3595 ) .. but I believe if I can ENABLE the Quad Band on that A630 phone , it will be fine
Can Someone PLEASE HELP me out with this ??
Where can I get to download file's ???
Do I need to FLAH the phone ??? and HOW ??

Hi:
Yes , 1 service on 1 phone , but My 2 sisters both having the SAME T-Mobile A630 , but they are different services , 1 is Old BLUE , and the other 1 is new Orange service ... Thanks

Thanks for the Information , but unfortunately , those 2 URL is NOT FOUND ???
The ATT one said the URL might be hidden and NOT the Client to see it >>
The Cingular http://device.home> , is NOT FOUND ?? and how am I suppost to do with all the Cingular information you gave me above , to make the A630 setup as Cingular WAP Internet ??

for the cingular phone manually enter those settings in the phone ... look in the menu under network connections...
for the att phone go to that website on your home computer... when asked what phone you have select motorola V551... another wap2 device....the settings are the same

Uhmm , I did the Same you told me go into the "MENY" of my A630 , and seleted on the "NETWORK" , there is NO '"NETWORK CONNECTION" as you say in ther , but I do see a "NEW NETWORK" , " NETWORK SETUP" , "AVAILABLE NETWORK" & "ALL DROP TONE: OFF "
I had choosen the "NETWORK AVAILABLE" and it shown :
"AT&T"
"CINGULAR"
"T-MOBILE"
so I checked on "CINGULAR" , it shown "REGISTER" or "VIEW" .. In the "VIEW" Sections , it shown "310-410" >> SO do I went in the CORRECT Way ??? just go ahead an Registered as you showned me ???

the webiste now says cingular.com... that specific website is for pre merger ATT services....
V600 will work as well...same settings for 551 or 600
...
for the cingular phone select NETWORK SETUP and manually input the settings I posted earlier

DO you know how to make the A630 QUADBAND ?? I believe I need a Flex file and NOT sure how to do it ??

where do i find the network settings on the a630 in order to change them? t-mobile has not made this easy....
