it really depends on the phone you get, remeber you get what you pay for, the "cheap/free" phone are cheap and free for a reason,

I had a guy tell me that he was "going to jack me up" for not adding his minutes right then and there- nevermind that it was Christmas and we had about a billion people in the store.

A gophone works the same as a post paid phone...except for the billing

Sorry to bring up an old topic but I have had go phone calls where I know they bought the new in box phone at like wal mart or whatever and calling the wrong number for 1 trying to get the phone to work and I ask them to read the brochures in there it explains the whole process step by step and apparently they don't have ANY paperwork that came with the phone. (They come with exact instructions step by step) And was talking about it in a meeting and i was like i wonder its not really funny but we might have customer's who are illiterate. sometimes I wonder if i'm illeterate.. Did i spell illeterate??? right? LOL.
