Take out the battery, re-insert and power the phone.

Hm....The battery should take it out of suspension if removed so I don't know why that didn't work. But try plugging the phone back into the comp and getting PST to recognize it then restart it. Close all programs related to the phone then plug it in and let it read the phone then start up PST and give it time to initiate.

Try to hold down #* and Power at the same time to get it on to flash mode then plug in PST to see if it can find your fone now

I tried holding down #, *, Pwr.
unfortunately nothing...
tried various methods (different intervals of time that the keys were held down for) nothing

tried as long as 1min - 2mins...

that seemed like a logical solution but anyone have anything else i could try?

TIA
