Dont have any of my firmware links on this computer but when I get to my other house I will look it up, dont think I have any for that phone though. Here is a good place to start if you want to learn about flashing samsung phones.

I believe Rx & Tx are serial signals and by fitting them to a RS232 transceiver, you can convert it to RS232 signal, one that is recognisable by the computer. I guess you have to modify a serial cable (one for other models). Anyway, it is just my guess, you better confirm that with ~ Don ~.
Probably ~ Don ~ is not reading this thread, why not send him an email.

ok thanx mate for your help. i have a usb data cable for a 7250. do you think i can modify this? i was thinking of buying a cable, but i like to do things myself lol.
i can take it to carphonewarehouse and they said they would "upgrade the software" for me. but again i like to do it myself, that way you learn somthing new lol

I hope that ~ Don ~ is around and be able to give you some advise. Have you tried contacting ~ Don ~? I think ~ Don ~ has enabled his email button which is under profile. Go to a post from ~ Don ~ and click on the email button to send him an email.

What can I say? Just be patient. I haven't read my emails for a few days. You just reminded me that I have to check my emails.
